I have various reasons why December is on of my favorite times of the year. I mean, I love the magic of Christmas, the Elf on the Shelf, Santa, the looks on my kids faces Christmas morning, and the gathering of family. And then I love this time of year for the goodies! Everywhere you go you find candy, cookies, bars and brownies, cakes, pies, the list just goes on and on.

    I can't wait until I have more time to be creative with my Christmas cookies. Poor Santa is stuck with chocolate chip cookies again this year because I have a 4 year old and 18 month old. I would def. give the kiss cookies a go first. They are super cute and I bet the kids would like them too!

    They look all delicious, but I know which one I'd love to try most 'Pistachio sugar cookies'. Can I substitute the pistachio instant pudding mix with pistachio cream? Thank you for sharing this amazing Christmas cookies recipe.
