Middle of July in Florida is like living on the edge of a volcano! It's hot, hot, humid, and more hot. When it's hot one of the best ways to cool off is to enjoy a delicious cool and refreshing popsicle.
A few years ago we bought popsicle molds and I'm so glad we did! We make popsicles a lot during the spring and summer because who doesn't love grabbing a cold treat when it's sweltering outside?!
These are so easy to make, and they are vegan adaptable! Which makes it easy for anybody to enjoy this treat.

What do you need?
4 bananas
¾ cup peanut butter
½ cup plus 2 tablespoons milk (or dairy alternative)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
What do you do?
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours. I prefer overnight.

Oh my goodness! I'm totally pinning this because I've cut out all refined sugar (I'll only have maple syrup and honey in small amounts)! I have been craving ice cream treats like crazy (it's my first summer without them)!
Pinning this post to my Deliberate DESSERTS board.
Thanks for sharing (and for linking up to the #SHINEbloghop).
Wishing you a lovely weekend.

I'm so glad that I could help! 🙂 This tastes amazing and you won't miss the sugar! I have another recipe you might be interested in too. It's a Naturally Sweetened Peanut Butter Fudge Smoothie. It uses dates as the sweetener.
Thanks for the pinterest love!
