Joanna's Personal Plate
Quick and Easy: This is my motto when it comes to dinner, and this Easy Tortellini Pasta Bake Recipe with Cream Cheese fits both. You'll have this family dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes.
Sides: Grab a bagged salad and your favorite dressing for a veggie packed side dish. And always grab a loaf of garlic bread from the deli. It's far superior then frozen.
Two Pans: You'll only need to dirty up 2 pans for this recipe. A pan/pot for cooking your pasta and sauce then a baking dish. However, if you have cookware that is oven safe, you'll only need to dirty up one!
Meal for the sick/injured/grieving: At times you'll need an easy meal that transports well for a meal train. I like to prepare this dish the day of, without baking it, and carry it to those in need, with directions on how to pop in the oven. I will also grab a bagged salad and garlic bread for the perfect comfort meal.
*My personal tip: Although you can make this with frozen tortellini, using fresh will cut your overall time down!
