Spicy Asian Green Beans is flavor packed healthy option that is an excellent side dish. It takes less than 10 minutes and you'll love how simple it is.

It's January, and while everyone is all making resolutions for the "new year new me", I'm all over here like "I'm just going to make better choices." Which isn't a resolution at all, because we should all be making better choices when it comes to what we put into our bodies. Which is why I am going to pick foods that taste great, and are full of things I need like protein, carbs, and vegetables, and that are reasonably portioned. Thankfully LEAN CUISINE® Marketplace meals does just that. There are options that made with organic ingredients, non-GMO, and gluten free. There is practically an option for everyone.
After looking through the many choices of the Lean Cuisine Marketplace meals at Target, I grabbed my top five favorites. Right now thru January 31st, you can get Lean Cuisine products for $1.99! I can't think of a cheaper way to have a hot, healthier option for lunch.
I eat lunch at home at least 5 days during the week. However, just because I'm at home doesn't mean I have all the time in the world to make lunch. I work from home with Everyday Made Fresh, I home school my 6th grade daughter Kelsie, and we have dance class two days a week, a home school meet up one day a week, and field trips every Friday. See I'm busy! I enjoy having lunch at home to save money and Lean Cuisine makes it easy for me to grab a meal from my freezer, pop it in the microwave, heat it up, and have a lunch that I can feel good about. However, sometimes I like to have something a little extra; like on those days that I skip breakfast. On those days I like to make my Spicy Asian Green Beans. They are packed with tons of flavor, pair perfectly with my favorite Lean Cuisine Marketplace Sesame Chicken, and I can make them fast enough to have them ready by the time my Lean Cuisine Marketplace meal is done!
See I told you, quick and easy! This one side dish usually feeds me three to four times a week, unless Kelsie eats them with her lunch as well. The Lean Cuisine Marketplace Meals aren't new...I've been buying them for a few months now. However, they are different than you're ordinary frozen meals. The flavor profiles are more like something that you would have created at home, or gotten at your favorite restaurant. To me, they don't have that frozen meal feeling that other frozen meals have given them all a bad name for. These flavors are fresh and bright! I'm a picky eater, and so far I haven't found one that I don't like. While Target has them for $1.99 grab one and see for yourself!
Have you tried any of the Lean Cuisine Marketplace meals? If so, which one is your favorite?

Oh wow! That looks amazing! I've always seen Lean Cuisine at the grocery stores and thought the pictures on the box looked delicious but didn't really considering of buying them because I thought it was just marketing. But after seeing this, I am definitely considering getting a few boxes and see how my family will like it.
