I love eating baked cookies almost as much as I do eating the cookie dough! Cookie dough is one of those things that just make you feel good sometimes. Yea, I know, food isn’t your friend. Or at least that’s what they want you to believe. I have a different opinion. Cookie dough, this cookie dough can be your friend. It is seriously always there for you, waiting on you to get home and make it. It’s simple, requires a handful of ingredients, which you most likely always have in the pantry. Requires no icky eggs that could potentially make you sick, and who doesn’t love cookie dough?

Cookie dough can get out of hand sometimes. You know what I mean? You grab that blue tube from the fridge, the one that you bought to make cookies with, only to take a bite or two of the dough, and then decide what the point in baking 15 cookies is, and then you throw all caution to the wind and eat the whole thing! Don’t act like that’s never ever happened to yourself? Anyways, it’s ok, I am here to help! This is perfectly portioned cookie dough. It makes enough for you to devour now, maybe save half for later, but you don’t have to feel so guilty for downing your whole tube of dough that was supposed to go towards making those cookies you promised your kids. Just pull out these few ingredients and make this instead. Your welcome!
