Christmas morning will be here before you know it. Wrapping paper strewn across the floor, kids squealing with delight, parents scrambling for scissors to cut all those toys loose, and searching for batteries to place in all those toys that didn't come with batteries.

Or maybe you're the parents frantically trying to find the off switch to the over the top loud siren coming from the firetruck. <--- Don't be ashamed. Some of those toys are loud!

How ever your Christmas morning looks, you're going to need breakfast at some point. Everyone's holiday morning looks similar, but different. One tradition that I've made it a point to create, is breakfast.

I get up and turn the oven on, pop in a breakfast casserole of some sort, and by the time it's ready to eat, we break, spend some time together, and then return to the mass hysteria of tearing into boxes like we've never received a gift before.

I've got breakfast casseroles that you can make the night before. But I've also got simple biscuits you can prep the morning of.

Yes, simple. One of them you don't even have to knead them! Just stir, pour, and bake! These are our top choices for Christmas Breakfast!
