This Simple Apple Cider Recipe requires 4 ingredients + toppings! It’s quick and easy, and the perfect way to stay warm.
Are y’all ready for Thanksgiving? We are..almost. Between my dad coming into town today, and Zack’s dad and wife getting here yesterday, this week is going to be busier than normal.
Of course this time of year, between October and January, it is all a blur. This is my favorite time of the year, but at times, it’s oh so chaotic! Thanks to Dixie® To Go cups, I can feel a little bit more calm.
I never leave home without a cup of coffee in my hand. It’s warm and comforting, and it reminds me to just breathe. That may sound crazy to some, but coffee is that little peace in my busy life.
During the craziness of running around between school pick-up for Kayla, dance lessons for Kelsie, home school field trips, I need my coffee. Let’s also remember the time of the year it is. That is just my daily routine.
With the holiday season upon us..it’s go-go-go! Gift shopping, holiday get-together, all the holiday related activities around town; we have tree lightnings and 3 parades! With my love for coffee, Dixie® To Go cups make it easier.
Dixie® To Go cups make it easy to grab, fill up with my coffee and holiday flavored creamer (peppermint mocha y’all!), and go.
No more worrying about misplacing my expensive coffee tumbler. I also love that I can just take it to my destination, and toss it in the trash when it’s empty. One less thing I have to wash when I get home.
While I’m over here enjoying my peppermint mocha coffee, you can fill your Dixie® To Go cup up with whatever you like – cold or hot. Kelsie takes peppermint (it is the holiday season!) hot chocolate, warm apple cider, chocolate milk, and sometimes even juice pouches.
We plop the juice pouch right inside, and the straw fits perfectly out the hole. It helps keep it cooler longer. Since the lids are leak-resistant, I don’t have to worry about her drinking from it and liquid spilling down the sides.
If you’re looking for the perfect holiday beverage to fill your Dixie® To Go cup with, and take to all those holiday parades, or gift shopping; I have to share my recipe for Simple Apple Cider.
It’s so simple, and tastes amazing. It’s literally the best apple cider I’ve ever had. Fill your Dixie® To Go cup a little under ¾ths of the way full, top with the whipped cream, place the lid on, and you’re ready to go!
