Not everyone is a sprouts fan, but that may change with this Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts recipe!
Heat oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with foil. Lay the bacon on the foil, and bake for 20 minutes, or until bacon is golden brown and crispy.
Remove the bacon from the pan, and place on a paper towel lined plate.
Toss the brussels sprouts in the bacon grease on the foil lined pan. Making sure that they all get coated, and that they are cut side down. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, until they are golden brown. (I also turn the broiler on for an additional 5 to 7 minutes)
While the sprouts are roasting, mix together the dijon mustard and maple syrup. Crumble the bacon, set aside.
When the sprouts are ready, toss them and the crumbled bacon into the maple syrup mixture. Serve warm.
