Easter Bunny Crunch

Rice cereal, salty pretzels, candy coated chocolate, pastel sprinkles, and melted white chocolate makes Easter Bunny Crunch; the perfect sweet and salty combination!

  • 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups small pretzel twists broken into pieces
  • 1 11 oz bag of Easter colored M&M's
  • 1 bag of white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Easter sprinkles


  1. Place the first 3 ingredients into a large bowl, set aside.
  2. In a small microwave safe bowl heat the white chocolate chips on 50% power for 1 minute.
  3. Stir very well.
  4. Microwave on 50% power for 30 additional seconds.
  5. Stir until all the chips are melted.
  6. Pour over the cereal mix, using a rubber spatula, stir until all the pieces are coated.
  7. Pour onto two large sheets of wax paper, creating a single layer.
  8. Sprinkle with the sprinkles.
  9. Allow to harden.
  10. Store in an air tight container on your counter.
