No Churn Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • green food dye until you get the color you want we use India Tree because it's all natural


  1. Put your heavy whipping cream into a bowl and beat until it’s almost whipped cream consistency.
  2. In a separate bowl mix together your vanilla, peppermint, condensed milk, and chocolate chips until thoroughly incorporated.
  3. Fold your condensed milk mixture into your heavy whipping cream.
  4. Now add your green food dye, dropping and mixing until you get the color your looking for. (if using all natural you want be able to get a dark green)
  5. Spread evenly into a freezer safe container.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
