Soy allergy? No problem! Who said a soy allergy is going to prevent you from eating Asian cuisine?!  Not this momma! We are going to create our own that is almost spot on to the taste of the real thing.

I was scrolling through Pinterest one day and there was a recipe for a soy free Asian inspired recipe, and I of course was curious as to what it could entail if were supposedly soy free. This sauce is really spot on and surprisingly, I couldn’t tell a difference! Petite Allergy Treats sure knows her flavor profiles because this is amazing and a complete dinner lifesaver. We can now enjoy our favorite recipes again.

Scroll down for a printable version of this recipe.

What do you need?
2 cups beef broth
2 teaspoons black strap molasses
1 chopped garlic clove
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vinegar

What do you do?
1. Combine all your ingredients in a small pot and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes uncovered. You want to reduce it slightly.

Recipe can be halved. Any remaining sauce can be stored in an air tight container up to one week in the refrigerator.
