We use this pizza crust recipe all the time! It's simple to throw together. It doesn't take that long to make on a weeknight. And who doesn't love pizza night?!

What do you need?
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 cup warm water {105 to 115 degrees, no more, no less}
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon oil
2 ½ cups flour
Your favorite pizza sauce and toppings. Don't forget that heart shaped cookie cutter for your heart shaped pepperoni's.
What do you do?
Dissolve the yeast in the water.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Dump the flour onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
Roll out and press down onto a greased pizza pan. Add your favorite toppings.
Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is crispy and brown.
