Soft and chewy with the perfect pop of mint flavor, these Peppermint Crunch Chocolate Blossom Cookies are delicious! | EverydayMadeFresh.com

Besides my love for every cookie that I’ve ever posted on Everyday Made Fresh, these are possibly my number one favorite cookie. I love a tasty chocolate crinkle cookie. It has to have semi-crispy edges and a super soft center. The kind of cookie that literally melts in your mouth. Of course in December chocolate is nothing without it’s BFF, mint. Luckily the best friends have paired together in these Peppermint Crunch Chocolate Blossom Cookies for all to enjoy!

These cookies require just a little bit of prep, you’re gonna have to chill the dough for at least two hours. I know, I know. I promise it’s totally worth it! Zack took some of these to work with him, and a guy who doesn’t even like mint, loved these cookies! They are the cookie that everyone is gonna love.

  • SWEET & SPICY BACON WRAPPED LITTLE SMOKIES hit all the right taste buds! They are so good you can’t stop eating them…Perfect for game day or a holiday party snack! .
.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound thick cut bacon
1 package little smokies
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. If making these to bake now, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Otherwise, do this when you're ready to bake them.

2. In a small bowl mix together the brown sugar and chili powder. Set aside.

3. Line a baking sheet with foil.
4. Measure out how much bacon to roll for each little smokie. I got about three little smokies per slice of bacon. It's gonna depend on the thickness of the bacon, etc.
5. Roll the little smokie up, secure with a tooth pick and thoroughly coat with the brown sugar mixture. Place on baking sheet, and repeat until you've rolled all the little smokies up. If you have extra bacon, just coat it with the brown sugar mixture and bake it as well. So good!! 6. When ready to bake, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp along the edges. .
