These Easy Gluten Free Pumpkin Spice Scones are one of my favorite breakfast treats during the fall. As soon as Starbucks starts selling theirs, I start making mine!
Our favorite gluten free flour choice is Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free One to One Baking Flour. I have tried other versions and I keep coming back to this one because it always yields perfect results.
These scones can be made using all purpose flour, for a non gluten free version, and they still turn out perfectly. As a matter of fact this is the same recipe that I used to use all the time.

Can I make these dairy free?
Yes, you can use your favorite milk replacement. I've made these with unsweetened almond milk and they are quite tasty.
Egg Free?
I recommend using 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds and 3 tablespoons water, mixed together. Allow it to sit and congeal before using.
