Breakfast Casseroles

Breakfast Casseroles are a great way to start the morning off on the right foot!

I usually make a breakfast casserole for major holiday breakfasts, like Thanksgiving and Christmas. It's part of our family tradition.

This Eggnog French Toast Casserole has been hands down the most requested for those mornings.

For Easter brunch I've made this Very Berry French Toast Casserole that has simply been one of my personal favorites.

Of course I have more than French toast casseroles - we have our Fully Loaded Hash Brown Casserole, which is my husband's favorite. It's also a favorite to take for brunch pot lucks!
