A cookie dip made with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cadury Mini Eggs!
What I really love the best about this Cadbury Mini Egg dip is that you can make it in less than 5 minutes, if you already have your butter and cream cheese at room temperature. Or you can use my trick, and zap the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds, and while your gathering the rest of your ingredients, pop that cold cream cheese in the stand mixer, and let it get creamy. I am one of those that want to make something right now and never have the time, or the want to wait, so I’ve made almost every recipe that calls for room temp butter and/or cream cheese this way. It has worked every time that I have used it. Do you have any tips or tricks that can help speed up prep or bake time?
Anyway, this dip, as I was saying can be made in less than 5 minutes! We dip animal cookies and graham crackers in this, but I bet it would be would be delicious with vanilla wafers.
Cadbury Mini Egg Cookie Dip
- 1 - 10 oz bag of Cadbury Mini Eggs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 stick of butter room temperature
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
Place all ingredients into a stand mixer and mix until well combined. Dip animal crackers or graham crackers to enjoy!
