Cooler weather not only calls for warm drinks, but also this wonderful autumn inspired Sangria. This Apple Cider Sangria has all the flavors of a classic apple cider, but with a grown-up twist. Hints of pomegranate and orange, along with fresh apple slices, chunks of pear, and finished off with a bottle of VOVETI Prosecco. I found that the VOVETI Prosecco was the perfect wine to use in my Sangria with it’s slightly mild and sparkling fruity flavors, it wasn’t over powering, but yielded just enough flavor.

We were very impressed! We drank a glass before making the sangria, and my husband ask how much it costs, when I told him, he said he would have thought it was higher. Apple Cider Sangria with VOVETI Prosecco
- 1 bottle VOVETI Prosecco
- 3 cups Apple Cider
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 large honey crisp apple cored and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 large pear cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
- juice of 1 orange
- Cinnamon Sticks for serving.
Place the sliced fruit and pomegranate arils into a large pitcher.
Pour the apple cider and water in, stir.
Pour your bottle of VOVETI Prosecco, and stir.
Serve chilled, with a cinnamon stick.
